How to reach us

EDGE Athlete OS is built and supported by Edge Athlete OS LLC. This page is the fastest way to get help, manage your account, or report a problem with the iOS app.

Use the form below to reach our support team. We read every message and reply within two business days. Including your device model, iOS version, and EDGE app version (Profile → bottom of screen) helps us help you faster.

2. Account & data

Delete your account

Open the EDGE app → Profile → Account → Delete Account. Account deletion removes your personal data within 30 days, per our Privacy Policy.

Export or correct your data

You have the right to access, correct, and port your data. Email us at the address above with your request and we’ll respond within the timeframes required by applicable law.

Sign-in issues

EDGE uses Sign in with Apple. If you’re having trouble signing in, confirm you’re using the same Apple ID you originally signed up with. If you previously hid your email, Apple manages the relay address on your behalf — check Settings → Apple ID → Sign-In & Security → Apps Using Apple ID on your device.

3. Subscriptions & billing

EDGE Athlete OS is currently free to use. If we introduce paid features in the future, all subscriptions will be processed by Apple via In-App Purchase, and you’ll be able to manage or cancel them directly from your device:

  • Open Settings on your iPhone.
  • Tap your name → Subscriptions.
  • Select EDGE Athlete OS to change, pause, or cancel.

For refund requests, use reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds are issued by Apple, not by us.

4. Reporting an issue

If something isn’t working — a screen won’t load, the AI coach is unresponsive, your streak looks wrong — email us with as much detail as you can:

  • Device model and iOS version.
  • App version (Profile → bottom of screen).
  • What you were doing when the issue happened.
  • A screenshot or screen recording, if possible.

We triage support email daily and ship fixes through the App Store as updates.

5. Privacy

Questions about how we handle your data are covered in the Privacy Policy. For privacy-specific requests (access, deletion, correction, portability), use the contact form above and note “Privacy request” in the subject so we route it correctly.
